NATURE OF SERVICES - Valley Spring Recovery Center provides evidence-based addiction treatment and mental health services including Partial Care (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient Program (OP), the Working Professional Program, Sober Living Support, Case Management, and Family Program services. By submitting your information through this Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Submission of a form does not guarantee admission, enrollment, or a specific level of care. All admissions are subject to a clinical assessment and eligibility review. Treatment plans are individualized and determined by licensed clinical staff based on your specific needs and circumstances. ELIGIBILITY - This Site is intended for adults aged 18 and older who are seeking addiction treatment or mental health support for themselves or a family member, as well as referring professionals. If you are submitting on behalf of a minor or another adult, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
